We are a family winery founded 2001
located in Pedro Muñoz (Ciudad Real) D.O.
LA MANCHA.
Our plantation has over 70.
All of them on a trellis. They have a
maximum plantation density of 2.300
grape variety per Hectare, wich justifies our
aim of producing high quality wines. The
latesttechnology for the treatment
maintenance and bottling of high quality
wines is available at our winery. The
deposit batteries, as well as the
warehousing of isotherms, are made of
stainless steel.
Our –filtration equipment assures Our
bottled wines of a long life.
The personality of a wine is a combination
of a number of factors, beginning at its
birth with the planting of the vineyard.
From then on climate, soil, grape type, sun
and availability of water will all shape its
character, a character that will reach its
prime after maturing in the heart of the
cellar.
During the 16th and 17th centuries the
lands Pedro Muñoz began to be covered
with vines, its future wealth. It is Miocene
land, situated on a plateau 656 metres
high. Its make-up and composition
determine the organoleptic temperament
of our wines
