NABISE Mont Liban is a small scale winery producing handcrafted and healthy wines from a selection of noble vine-plants from Mount Lebanon vineyards.
At the vineyard, the rich variety of clay limestone and gravelly soils together with the temperate climate grant the wines typical character.
Appropriate cultivation methods are adopted using composted fertilizers and allowed pesticides providing healthy organic grapes.
At the winery, traditional methods in wine processing provide quality handcrafted wine. Small vats producing small volums need little amount of sulfites to protect wine.
