Here is a procedure:
1. Buyer/refinery LOI or ICPO to Seller.
2. Buyer contract with a refinery or a certificate refinery owner/shareholder.
3. Bank Capability Letter from buyer bank.

All three documents must be certified by an Iraqi Embassy or Consulate of a buyer country. Then send required documents to us via DHL so that we personally hand it to our seller.

When all required documents were received, the seller will send FCO to the buyer. About 4-6 weeks after a contract signed by both parties, first delivery will commence.
