Production process:
It is manufatured in the carbon monoxide and hydrogen under the pressure and temperature and catalyst synthesis conditions, fractionation, solvent extraction and bleach, which can be got from similar liquid paraffin wax, the individual hydrocarbon to similar polyethylene wax, high melting point of wax,.It has the special performance that other natural wax or other synthetic wax don't have. Initial Sasol wax was used to substitute synthetic oil products. At present this technology has been widely used in natural gas changing into synthetic fuel. This kind of new generation of polymer that used advanced technology, will high melting point, low viscosity and excellent hardness etc attribute synthesized at an organic whole, which have shown the outstanding performancein in the variety of applications.
Product use:
F-T wax with its unique advantages is used for hot melt adhesive, plastic lubrication, demold, pipe, structuctural section, printing ink, paint, wax polish, color master batch, rubber, candles, textile. The function of sasol wax in PVC pipe, hot melt adhesive, printing ink and color master batch is indispensable.
Special wax for PVC pipe

F-T wax can be used as external lubricant of PVC. It contributes to fillers dispersion and has good slippery. When this product is in high temperature, its viscosity is low. This kind of low viscosity can improve the production speed and liquidity, and enhance infiltration degrees of the surface.
Special wax for hot melt adhesive:

In the hot melt adhesive application, the characteristics of the Sasol wax is:
1, no pollution and taste, can be used directly for the hot melt adhesive industry that contact with the food.
2, has high condensation point, can raise the heat resistance of hot melt adhesive.
3, penetration small, can increase the strength of hot melt adhesive
4, carbon distribution is narrow, open time is short, curing time is fast
