We produce Demoprint offset printing consuambles including PS plate, CTP plate and compressible rubber blanket.
Our compressible rubber blanket features:
-Compressible Layer 4-ply for 1.95mm or 3-ply for 1.68mm
-Shore Hardness 78 +/- 1
-Elongation <2% / 1,000N
-Elongation at Break <5%
-Elongation Intensity >4,000N
-Max. Printing Speed 15,000 runs per hour for 4-ply35,000 runs per hour for 3-ply
-Max. Width 1800 mm
-Standard Length per Roll 30 meters
Our blanket has been widely distributed in the USA and Europe market under customer's private label.
Blanket for special printing also available, such as UV blanket.
