We propose a joint venture undertaking with 49 percent share to foreign partner and 51 per cent for us. the joint venture is protected by law here for housing so the foreign partner can transfer investment and profit under the law. the joint venture firm can also organize loan fund from abroad which could be paid back easily under the law.

As we calculate, we expect over 50% profit on investment after completion of the project.
