Trade Lead Description:

TTO Ghana waters discounts are in the range of -$8 net / -$10 gross.
CIF Rotterdam discounts in the range of -$8 net / -$10 gross.
CIF China discounts in the range of -$6 net / -$8 gross.
Procedures are flexible within reason.
Procedures for TTO for 1 or 2m/BBL @ Cotonuo, Ghana or Togo waters:

1. Seller and Buyer signs and seals the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) providing full banking details including their brokers banking details. Both parties forward a copy of this signed SPA contract to their respective Banks making it legally enforceable. Buyer returns the signed SPA with MATB format to the seller.
The seller will then load the vessel and will issue the MATB. From this point the loaded vessel can be tracked and verified by the buyer through INTERTEK Ghana who will confirm receipt of the MATB. After the buyer verifies the issuance of the MATB through INTERTEK Ghana (POP) then the buyer will issue their instrument.
