1. We accept Price of US$ 30,000-00 per kg SUBJECT to 94% Purity
If After Assay the Purity Level is LESS than 94% then the Price will be REDUCED by US$ 1,000-00 per kg for every 0.01% Reduction in the Purity Level
2. We can start with 20 kilos as a TRIAL Transaction
WE WILL NOT increase the quantity until the Seller Performs.
3. After Assay the 20 kilos of gold MUST REMAIN with the Refinery � BAR PURITY Refinery
Bar Purity will issue SKR to Seller to confirm that he Remains the Owner of the gold until he receives the funds in his bank Account AFTER 24 hours for CEDIS or 72 hours for US Dollars. After Seller receives the funds the Ownership is transferred by the Seller to the Buyer
4. If Seller accepts the above then we require FCO.
We shall sign the FCO and provide a copy of my Passport.
Seller then provide Invoice with FULL Details of the Gold and his Bank Account AND a copy of his Passport
5. We then provide Seller with the Contact details of our Rep |
