NCMIKRO is a manufacturer of the NCM-TOOL SPC system used for advanced quality- and process control.
The system which is PC based and currently are based on windows XP includes both hard- and software to offer datacollection from almost all measuring instruments.
The system are used world wide in various industries however main customers are producing "items".
The system may be used for entry level control when goods arrive, on the shop floor to give operators an overview on current production.
Also highly automated teststand for final approvement on finished items like pumps, gears and other complex products may be supplied.
NCMIKRO supplies also neccessary tools fictures and interface to CNC machines robots and handlign equipment.
The system is born to run in network with a large number of measuring stations.
The system may be supplied as manual, semi automatic and in fully automated versions.
