Wuxi Hengteli Powder Metallurgy Co.,Ltd is a private company established in 1995. The main products are iron-base, copper-base, stainless-steel sintered parts, which are widely used in automobile, motorcycle, household appliance, power tool, lawn and garden, office machine and so on. Most of parts are export to overseas markets such as America, Europe and so on.
Our mechanical and hydraulic press equipment can make a range of part sizes and shapes, SPC is performed on all process variables during pressing. Parts are produced to a CPK of 1.34 or better. We acquired ISO9001:2000 in 2002, and passed the ISO/TS 16949 official auditing in March 2007.
