For more than 25 years we involved with the production of EVA foam products. Five years ago, we further invested about 11 million US Dollars in establishing a new factory - Cha Yau Sponge Enterprise CO. Ltd. With an unprecedented amount of investment in EVA foam production, we had the largest production lines and integrate the printing process with the production. Our factory is the only factory which integrates heat transfer printing process with EVA foam production. However, we still focus on the improvement of manufacturing process and up to date chemical formula. We purchased the high technique machines from Germany. And, most of our production techniques are advanced and patented.
Our factory produce EVA foam material and deal with the further processing (eg. EVA foam mats, puzzles and toys). Currently, we are supplying the largest retailers, Wal-Mart Stores and The Home Depot, about 100 HQ containers of EVA foam Mats Monthly. |
