DMI offers custom fixtures for electronic assembly. Wave and reflow solder fixtures for fast, high yeild solder performance. We also offer a US manufactured fiberglass plastic high temperature material for wave/reflow soldering. This mateiral is capable of 300 deg C as used with no-lead solders. This material offers superior high temperature dimensional stability over competitive solutions, and at a low price. Sheet sizes are 48x96 inches with thickness ranging from 3mm to 12mm.
