We represent a reliable seller of BLCO who will give 2% PB in SBLC format after the receipt of buyer's bank advice of the buyer's capability to raise L/C after the receipt of PB from the seller. We can also arrange term contract with NNPC and the Net buyer (Refinery) or large crude oil trader with mandate to refinery who can meet NNPC published guidelines. Contact us for details.
