We specialize in manufacture of components made from Carbon-Alloy Steels, with weights ranging from 0.200 to 15.0 kg. Our plant, located in Faridabad, is spread over 15,000 square metres.
Our major machinery comprises
1.Belt-drop Hammer (3.3 M.ton),
2.Hot Forging Screw Presses from 100 tons to 400 tons
3 Heat Treatment facilities for Normalising & Isothermal Annealing
4 Tool Room and Laboratory with 100% power back-up.
We have a fully equipped machine shop comprising CNC Turning Centers (29 Nos. - LMW), Vertical Machining Centers (10 Nos. - Haas), Horizontal Machining Centers (2 Nos., EC400 - Haas) & balancing equipment for proof machining operation. Also, we have a 3D-CMM equipment for dimensional measurement, purchased from Karl Zeiss, Germany.
We are adhering to a Quality Management System complying with all requirements of ISO/TS – 16949:2002 (TUV Rheinland Certificate No. 0054184 valid from 18.07.2007 upto 17.07.2010).
We are regularly Selling: forging, turning gear blanks, hydraulic components, mining sleeves, shaft, all type of gears, rubber to metal components like ball pin, suspension assembly components, etc.
We are regularly Buying: alloy steels, furnace oil, diesal, tooling for turning items, tooling for vertical machining, tooling for horizentiol machining. |
