To move forward Seller requires the buyer to provide an LOI on company letter head indicating quantity and price. Once received that information they will release the SCO.
Basic Procedure;
1. Buyer issues a letter of intent (LOI)
2. Proof of Funds Certificate signed and delivered
3. Seller issues Soft Offer with price, procedure, and specifications
4. Buyer signs NCNDA/IMFPA
5. Buyer issues ICPO with banking details and right to soft probe
6. Seller issues Draft contract
7. Buyer signs draft contract with revisions as necessary and returns to seller
8. Seller signs final contract and provides copies to Buyer, along with POP
9. Buyer takes contract and POP to his bank, buyer’s bank issues MT103/23 in favour of Seller
10. Lifting scheduled
