LOGGING CONCESSION JOINT VENTURE
Estrada Management is a South African company with extensive operations in Africa.
This company is seeking a partner to JV with them in the exploitation of logging concessions in Angola, Zambia, Mozambique and Tanzania.
These concessions are extensive and cover thousands of square kilometres with massive CBM of various species of hardwoods. Many of these species are in demand on the International market.
This envisaged JV will give exclusive rights to the partner to any of the timber species on the concession.
The venture capital required will be utilised for, amongst others, the development of the infrastructure on the concession, setup the cutting program, purchase of operational equipment and establish the facilities on the concession.
