We have advanced production equipments including three modal digital mill grinders, five Extended Drillers and digital machine center. We can provide any customize size order and platen repair service. The biggest hot platen we can produce is 12m*3.3m. the surface roughness is 0.6-1.6 Ra, the parallel tolerance is 0.05+ (0.05/1000) L. drill hole φ16mm-φ40mm. if thickness is 42mm-52mm’s hot platen, the drilling hole space is 100mm. The most parts according to customers requirements. Our engineer would also like to design the drawing for you according to your requirement, single passage, double passages, even three passages are available Other requirements, such as surface roughness, parallel roughness and flat roughness will be as per your requirements. |
