Both companies are state-owned companies, which are under the direct control of chinese government. Our parent company has realized the sales of over 100 billion RMB in year 2009, and prepared to rank into the Top 3 of chemical industry.
As its subsidiary company, our registered capital is 500 million RMB, with total asets of 2.6 billion RMB. We are research and manufacturing company and have the licence for both importing and exporting. We have also pre-registered with REACH, and prepared to register with it in the following years.
We produce our products mainly based on the raw material--coal, and our products are mostly used in basic chemicals, agricultural chemicals and fine chemical products.
