And on 2002 NRC got in Business, and in start again NRC was stand for Nazari Rehabilitation company and it was profitable NGO and NRC start working again from 2003 NRC was operating by Wahidulla Qais and NRC is now stand for Nazari Raheen and NRC was at Mazar –e- Sharif and now NRC have his own branches in all over North of Afghanistan and Kabul the capital of Afghanistan.
