We have a different mission than most tire dealers:
To help you reduce tire cost by reducing your tire consumption.
The professional people that work at OTR Tire Supply want to make sure the tires for your haul truck, loader, scraper, back hoe, fork lift, dump truck or tractor cost you the least amount of money possible.
Price is always a major concern, however, tire performance varies substantially from brand to brand and mine site to mine site. Just because a certain tire brand and type works great at one site or application does not mean it will work as well at another similar site or application.
Why? Because each operation is unique. Whether you are running a wheel loader on rough terrain, or a container handler on cement, your individual conditions have to be taken into account.
We have encountered some customers who benefited by purchasing a less expensive tire. The more expensive tire they had been using could not justify the higher cost based on performance.
