“Ethno-product” is a family-run cooperage, located in Krusevac, town in the central part of Serbia. Krusevac is the capital of the Zupa district famous vineyard region in Serbia.
People in the Zupa district have made people to learn cooper craft and become perfectly skilled coopers. The knowledge and craft skills were passed from one generation to another.
One of many skilled coopers was Teodosije Vulic grandfather of the founder and the owner of “Ethno-product” cooperage. For over 60 years, Teodosije together with his apprentices has made barrels for local winemakers.
In 1992, Dejan Vulic a surveying engineer decided to continue his grandfather’s tradition. Together with two of his grandfather’s apprentices [skilled coopers], he established “Ethno-product”a.d. cooperage.
