In the Valencia area we Oliespal have thousand-year-old olive trees.
The olive groves carefully cultivates by experienced olive farmers.
By means of rigorous selction process and by mechanical processes wich allos to extracting all aromatic and flavour characteristics of the fruit of the olive tree without altering any of it's values.
Our Native Serrana olive variesty made us to have one of the best EXTRA VIRGING OLIVE OILS with less than 0,2ΒΊ of acidity and a colour like gold.
We are Origing Denomination Comunidad Valenciana acredited and quialities are granted.
For the next season we will produce a LIMIDTED PRODUCTION, as the Espadan's JEWEL.
