| GUERILA winery from Slovenia is a family estate winery that launched its first wines on the market in 2005. We are specialized in making wines from local grape varieties (being grown just on a limited surface in Slovenia), which are getting more and more of value on the market. As we care for environment, we have been taking part in organic grape growing since three years, and we are going to obtain the certificate in 2012 for the vintage 2011. Annually we do produce between 20000 and 30000 bottles, increasing our production for about 30% every year by increasing the surface of vineyards being cultivated (currently we do have 8 hectares of vineyards). Our aim is to reach up to 60000 bottles. About our constant quality (with the philosophy of every vintage being good vintage) speak different international wine competitions and awards gained there (Decanter, AWC Vienna...). Till now we have been present on the markets of Slovenia, USA, Austria and Italy, but in 2011 planning to expend our sales in other countries. |
