RAJO Group of Companies (RGC) was established in 1989 as a conglomerate of businesses that offer a wide range of products and services. Some of the companies have existed and operated in East Africa for over four decades, whereas the eldest of the group is two generations old. This latter company started working in the 1970s as a general trading and livestock company that exported goats and camels to the Gulf and imported consumer goods. Since then, as a response to the market needs and opportunities in the subsequent over 44 years and the wide diversity of the products and services offered by the company, RAJO Group of Companies emerged.
