LIANYI Rubber Components Co., Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers of Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets in China. It was founded in Xi’an China in 1992. The rubber gaskets for all plate heat exchangers and OEM types these are the products we are specialized in studying designing and manufacturing.
With one of the largest compression presses in China featuring a platen size of 4500 mm by 1700 mm, we operate 36 sets of facilities producing 1,500,000 gaskets annually with plate area from 0.01 to 4 m2. We offer a comprehensive gasket range with more than 200 different models. Our company is ISO9001-2000 and ISO14001-2004 certified.
Our experts offer unsurpassed compound capability and can also work out suitable gasket polymers according to your request or the application environment of your production. Our company laboratory is charged with the responsibility of testing each batch of compound for accurate properties prior manufacturing.
