QMI solutions Limited was owned by the
family of Chuck Woolery. On March 30,
1968,a company headed by Lee M. Kerley,
Jr. purchased QMI solutions Limited. The
company grew under the leadership of Lee
M. Kerley, Jr. and Mike Vinciguerra for 13
years. In March of 1979, Lee M. Kerley, Jr.
passed away suddenly at the age of 54. |
