Dongying Baofeng Automobile Fitting Co., Ltd., established in cooperation with several leading manufacturers and distributors of brake products serving the Americas, is mainly engaged in production and sales of auto parts including disc/drum brake assembly, brake caliper, brake disc, brake pad, etc. The domestic production of bake assembly lags behind the international advanced production level, so our company decides to establish the brake assembly project with an annual production capacity of 5 million in cooperation with these prestigious partners. Our company adopts the foreign advanced technical equipment, researches and develops new products, improves product quality and meets the needs of domestic and overseas market.
A total investment of RMB 617.99 million is made in the brake assembly project with an annual production capacity of 5 million and an area of 220,000 square meters. The project is built in two stages. RMB 350 million is invested in phase I project.
