We established 10 TPD Fresh Ginger Processing Plant for the production of Ginger Oil from Green Ginger. MATA Fresh Ginger oil contain 80% to 85% of physical properties and oil constituents MATA Fresh Ginger oil is produced from garden fresh green ginger conventionally cultivated by the indigenous tribal people of Manipur hills, North East India. MATA Foundation is setting up a Food Industrial Park with 22 processing facilities at Litan, Ukhril District to process the spices and fruits produced by the tribal community. Our venture is financially supported by Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), United Bank of India (UBI) and Indian Overseas Bank (IOB). Our area produces Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Chilli, Bay leaf, Tejpata, Large Cardamom, Garlic etc..
