Offering Gold Bullion, Gold Dusts, Cut & Rough Diamonds Swiss procedure:-
There are laws with gold transactions about non-solicitation that prevent deals from being initiated with a LOI from the buyer.
Some sellers do not require LOI’s and others do once there is an introduction between the buyer and seller and this is legally acceptable.
All offers involve bank to bank procedures (mostly Swiss procedures) and there can be a variation in the preliminaries of the deal.
All prices are against the lbma procedure, quantity, origin and other factors.

1. Buyer's LOI requirement provided (can be from the buyers mandate) and NCND signed by buyer and all agents. This must be comprehensive and include all relative information.
2. Sellers representative provides sanitized FCO to generate interest and confidence from buyer and buyer's rep.
3. Buyer indicates they wish to proceed and verifies the exact quantity required and also any proposed variations from the sellers offer.
4. Seller issues FCO which will include SKR copy including receipt, reference, date of maturity, age of gold/diamond, quantity, hallmarks, location, and etc.
5. Proceed as per agreed procedures.

ON REQUEST THE DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE BUYERS MANDATES OR DIRECT BUYERS. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR LOTS OF DIRECT MINE OWNER OF GOLDS & DIRECT SELLER OF CUT AND FRESH DIAMONDS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE GLOBE WITH GENUINE PROPOSAL. WE ALSO DON’T MIND WORKING WITH ANY MANDATE WHO IS DIRECT TO THE SELLER OF GOLD & DIAMONDS.
