Description
HY-2055 resin is a brominated p-tert-octylphenol formaldehyde heat reactive resin, same as 1055 of foreign product. The clotting of HY-2055 is decreased during transit and storage because of its higher softening point.

HY-2055 resin is made on a large scale giving consistent quality between every batch.

HY-2055 is safety although it has a faint halogen odor. It is soluble in toluene, xylene, acetone, etc.

Application
HY-2055 resin is a curing agent for the rubber of low unsaturation value especially IIR and EPDM. HY-2055 resin easily disperses and operates, having faster sulfurized speed without adding activator, simple composition and exhibit good scorch safety in IIR compound.

HY-2055 resin is used for bladders, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll, pressure sensitive adhesives. The reference dosage is 1.5~8 phr.

Packaged in kraft paper sack with inner plastic bag. Net weight is 25kg for each bag. Keep indoor, drying and ventilating.
