Product Details Cold rooms door A.Motors Pilalis SA Product Description: Dimensions range from 0,80 Χ 1,80m to 4,00 X 4,00m thickness 80-120mm with PVC robust frame and counterframe that embrace any panel - wall thickness within HACCP Standards. The doors are covered internally and externally with plasticized steel plates of the house of THYSSEN-KRUPP Germany 0,65 mm thick and with colourful PLASTISOL coating of 200 μm thickness, very durable against strikes and scratchings. The filling (of insulation) is accomplished through the infusion of polyurethane (PU), while the doors are placed in a heated press under the pressure of 400 tons. That’s why the doors have enormous mechanic durability- unaffected from humidity. Each door bears automatic mechanisms in order to close automatically, achieving economy of electric power and working time. The tyres we use are of German origin, very soft, for hermetic sealing made of genuine caoutchouc, so the perfect grip is achieved. Each door of our factory bears perimetrically aluminium profile, pressed with polyurethane, in order to keep the door always flat. Finally, automatic doors provide economy of electric energy up to 45%. The sliding doors can open and close automatically with automation. The opening switch is placed beside the door or at a desirable distance, before this, suspended, so that the operator of the Clark opens the door without reducing speed or stepping down and passing through the door automatically closes behind him. Using an electric system the door opens (turns back) when it meets an obstacle, while the movement speed of the door fluctuates at will and adjusts so that it slows down as it approaches the end of its route.
