Our Nepro factory produces several types of PVC & CPVC pipes and fittings such as:


UPVC pipes from 16 - 500mm outer Dia are manufactured in different classes suitable for 4, 6, 10 & 16 Bar working pressure according to SASO 14 & 15/1396, DIN 8061, 8062, & 19532 which conform to ISO 161/1, These pipes can be produced in different colors such as Gray, Orange, Black, White & Blue Etc...).

* PVC pipes from 1/2 inch up to 8 inches diameter according to ASTM D-1784, 1785. SCH 40 & 80.

* PVC pipes sizes from 1/2 inch up to 6 inches diameter in different classes (B,C,D & E) according to BS 3505 & 3506.

* PVC pipe according to NEMA standard TC-2, TC-6 and TC-8.

* PVC pipe for underground de-watering.

* UPVC water well classing and screen.


The new products industries "NEPRO" produces PVC & CPVC fittings under the brand name of "NAMAT" according to


* ASTM standard D-2466 for PVC SCH40 fittings.
* ASTM standard D-2467 for PVC SCH80 fittings.
* ASTM standard F437 & F439 for CPVC SCH80 fittings.
* SOIL. wast & drainge fittings in accordance to ISO 3633 & ISO 4435, which complies with the Saudi draft standard 5081, 5082, 5083 & 5084, in orange-brown color RAL 8023.


Nepro FlowGuard pipes with red stripe are manufactured by the National Factory for Plastic Pipes & Fittings (Nepro) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Nepro started the production of PVC pipes in 1969.

The Production of Nepro FlowGuard pipes being licensed by BF Goodrich, the world wide Pioneer producer in USA for the CPVC raw material, FlowGuard is trademark of BF Goodrich Co. Nepro FlowGuard pipes & fittings are produced and tested according. to ASTM F441. However the tests required for the FlowGuard? trade mark are more severe than those specified in ASTM Standards, such process gives the cPVC Pipes optimum control quality.

Nepro FlowGuard CPVC pipes with red stripe guarantees the right material for hot and cold water supply. Nepro FlowGuard pipes have several advantages over other pipe materials with reference to heat retention, sound damping., corrosion resistance, condensation, bacterial growth, etc.
