SHIPMENTS: Two Hundred Metric Tons Per Month
DURATION: One Year with possible rolls and extensions

PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues LOI with The Readiness to Purchase Letter from a top bank.
2. After verification funds available Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO.
4. Draft contract issued by Seller and any areas of interpretation needed are resolved by
Buyer & Seller.
5. Buyer issues/confirms the Pre-Advice from a top 25 World Bank.
