HALLMARK: Johnson & Matthey (or other LBMA registered hallmark) within 5 years.
ORIGIN: Refinery
LOCATION: London/Europe (Non-US)
QUANTITY: OPEN MT with rolls and extensions and Buyer first right of refusal on
any additional quantity the Seller has or may have for sale, FIRST TRANCHE :Open MT with rolls and extensions.
SUBSEQUENT TRANCHES: To be agreed between Seller and Buyer.
DURATION: To be agreed
DISCOUNT: 12% Gross Discount, 9% Net to Buyer or higher
COMMISSION: 3.0% Commission, as stated below:
1.50% to Seller’s Mandate and Intermediaries
1.50% to Buyer’s Mandate and Intermediaries
PAYMENT: Full Payment as per invoice with good, clear and clean funds of noncriminal
origin either by S.W.I.F.T. or Wire Transfer into a parallel
account with Seller’s Gold Holding
