As calcined kaolin pigment, GH CKD09 with 2 mini different product named GH-CK97/GH-CK98 with high brightness, excellent light scattering property and low abrasion value can be applied to filing and coating (the most applicable area). Its value is as following:
1. Replace titania or other high cost filling pigments and lower production cost.
2. Improve paper property, such as smoothness, glossiness and opacity.
3. Improve ink absorbency and print fitness.
4. Excellent compatibility with various additives.
5. Compared with other pigments, the consistency of GH-CKD09 is 66.3%, while its viscosity is only 90 Mpa.s, so it can be compounded in high solid content coating and is applicable to high speed coatings.
