We have an opportunity that will allow us to monetize T-Bills or Treasury Strips using a non-recourse loan (no payback required). It will payout 110% and will return the instrument back in 90 days. If desired, client can repeat the process again after that initial 90 day period.
Funds from monetization can be put into safe trade programs which can payout typical weekly cash flows.
We also can help with monetization of CMO’s, SBLC’s, BG’s, Senior Life Settlement Policies, Bank Draft’s etc. World Wide.
LTV’s range from 30% to 90% depending on the submission package.
