The temperature of the profile will lower down to 450℃ when it is transferred about 10m on the run-out table, and at this stage the best material for the run-out table is roller sleeve made from Kevlar fiber. Xingke serie roller sleeves are produced with Dupont KEVLAR fiber, which can resist temperature of 480-500℃. There are two types of rollers: green rollers (85% KEVLAR + 15% SFO fiber) and yellow ones (100% KEVLAR). High density is the key factor for good abrasion resistance and TELONYIDA standard is 400g/m2.mm, i.e. for 10mm rollers the weight per m2 is 4000g/m2. More over, resin treatment is available on request for better abrasion resistance and longer service life.
