Our solution encapsulates odors and prevent mold and mildew. This product does not utilize a masking agent for odors. It eliminates odor at the source, not just covering it. It inhibits the growth of mold and mildew in moist and damp areas.
Since many odor and stain cleaning chemicals contain harsh chemicals, such as bleach. This can be harmful to the individual using them and they typically only “burn” the contaminated area, hence never getting to the “deep” source. Typically odors and mold are found on porous surfaces and when applying the silicate solution, it gets absorbed in the pores and when it dries literally sealing off the potential for future growth. In areas where there is pungent odors the reaction that happens initially on the surface is like that of a magnet. Odor molecules are absorbed by the silicate molecules and can no longer be released. The solution uses sodium silicate that is combined with an oxygenated and ionization process to complete our proprietary formulations. This electrolytic process generates highly alkalinized molecules, giving our product the power of the ion and ability to permeate surfaces at the molecular level.
