Working principle and structure characteristics
SZR Series hot vibratory screen for the seat installation, using biaxial vibrator vibration. Two-axis biaxial vibrator were driven by two electric motors to do the reverse from the synchronous rotation, so that generate linear vibration sieve box. Motor installed in the sieve box on the side of fixation, it does not participate in motor vibration. Between the motor and biaxial vibrator, vibrator axis between the two are connected by universal coupling, universal coupling both angle and length of the compensation, and meet the screening machine operation, the motor and the excitation relative displacement between the device requirements. Vibrator motor and installed according to the different positions.
