If you have a Serious Buyer and to make a deal happen, please confirm/provide the following:
1. LOI/ ICPO and BCL/ POF/ SBLC - current dated
2. Clarity of Requirements from Each Buyer
i.) Quantity
ii.) Name all the products.
iii.) Give port of Destination with (CIF or FOB) Clearly.
iv.) Please make sure, that the NCNDA/IMFPA, Joint Venture documents are ready
{To protect us from being by-passed on Commissions}
v.) Negotiations for the commissions are rejected, Seller side commission is closed with the seller mandate.

Once this is done we can go directly for TTM (table top meeting) with all parties involved including the buyer and seller mandates.
