High strength alloy sheathed heating cable for hollow sucker rod is also called skin effect heating cable. It mainly heats the hollow sucker rod according to skin effect heating principle. It is the important constituent part of the complete intelligent electrical heating oil recovery equipment with the characteristics of high mechanical strength, long continuous length, automatic temperature controlling, automatic power regulation, constant current, current-limiting, energy conservation and long service life, etc. The cable is mostly used for the oil recovery in the super deep oil field with high pour point, high viscosity and high paraffin. The cable makes it possible to increase the temperature of the thickened oil or the oil with high pour point inside the shaft for lower viscosity and drag reduction and to improve the lifting capacity of the oil flow and therefore to improve the oil well yield. The cable manufacturing length is 3000 m. The heating power class is 80 W/m, 100 W/m, 150 W/m and 200 W/m.
