Trade Lead Description:
We are a contracted compliance company for a buyer of exotic Mexican Bonds. We will only submit complete packages. Packages must be dated within the last 10 days at the time of submission. Buyer will contact Seller direct after package is complete and submitted. Buyers attorney will issue a LOI from the buyer only if the package and bonds can be authenticated. Packages should include the following:
If bonds are not SKR or Euroclear, we need clear images of the front and back of the bond, with its own folio, for a verification. When bonds are SKR or Euroclear, we need the full package ready.
THE CARE AND SIGN HOLDER FULL PACKAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP
2. ATTESTATION LETTER
3. AUTHORIZATION LETTER
4. CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET
5. LETTER OF INTENT TO SELL
6. REPRESENTATION APPOINTMENT-AUTHORIZATION
7. GENEALOGY
8. NCND SIGNED BY SELLER/OR HIS MANDATE.
We will contact you after we receive the full package and guide you through any necessary changes.
