The Manganese Ore sold and purchased in terms of this agreement essentially conform to following specifications:

Fe: ---------------------8%max.
SiO2:--15max.
Al2 O3:--------------13 % max.
P: -----------0.12%, max
S: -----------------------0.04% max
K2O: -----------------------2 % max
Moisture-------09.00% Max.
Size: ------ - + 6 mm -75mm 85% min.
If Mn content is less than 37%, the buyer can reject the goods.
Price adjustment:
Bonus: Add USD 7.00 (US $ Seven only) per MT for each 1 pct Mn above 44% Mn on Pro-rata basis.
Penalty: Deduct USD 7.00 (US $ Seven only) per MT for each 1 pct Mn below 42% Mn on Pro-rata basis.
