The contact oxidation process employs plug-flow biological contact oxidation tank, whose treatment effect is better than that of completely mixed-type or two-serial type of completely mixed biological contact oxidation tank. Smaller than conventional activated sludge tank, it is more flexible to various water qualities; resistant to shock and loading; stable in water quality and does not produce sludge bulking. The sludge can be removed over three months once. The whole equipment is equipped with automatic electrical control system and failure alarm system. Safe and reliable, it does not require expert management generally. Frp, stainless steel and carbon steel structures are employed. Corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, it can service over 50 years. The whole equipment can be installed and handled easily. All the machinery and device are controlled automatically whole equipment occupies small area and can be set up easily.
