Trade Lead Description:
Im working with different sellers of Bonny Light, Aqua Light, Forcados Light CRUDE OIL.
General Procedures are as follows:
1) Buyer and Seller sign SPA. Buyer send ATB format with signed SPA
2) Seller issues ATB and Clearance for buyer supercargo.
3) Supercargo boards vessel for physical verification of cargo. Buyer is responsible for supercargo and inspector charges
4) Buyer place instrument after confirmation of cargo
5) Vessel sails to international waters for QnQ
6) After QnQ, payments and transfer of docs to buyer.
Alternate procedures
1) Buyer and seller signs SPA, buyer returns signed SPA along with ATB details
2) Buyer issues IBPU from bank (email me for verbiage of IBPU)
3) Seller loads vessel and moves to International waters for QnQ.
Vessel will arrive within 10days.
4) Buyer performs Q and Q and pays.
