Northeast of China and east of Russia
Color and Characteristics:
The Sapwood of Chinese Ash is yellowish white and slight yellow-brown heartwood. Clear but uneven growth rings, straight grain, beautiful flowers, glossy, good flexibility. However, difficulties in drying and easy to warp. Smooth cut face, easy to paint, good decorative performance and more viscous.
Application:
This is a very decorative veneer, both in terms of color and grain, and is largely used for furniture, door and other interior finishing.
