This complete line of assembly run automatic mounting rollers used by crawler tractors and earth moving machinery such as excavators.
The plant is an example of the application of automation technologies and robotics on components of size and weight important.
It's composed 3 robots, with a capacity of 350 kg at the wrist, for loading of 15 stations operational, parts of which on linear transfer with free pallets.
The only manual operations are a pre-assembly of a support and the cleaning of gasket.
The line which including: a control of leak and oil fill to level programmed.
The production rate is 120 pcs/h.
