ammonia burns.
Feather off.
Yellow outer skin off.
Clean & fresh, sorted shocked
under and keeping cool storage in
-18 degree C (minus degrees)
Outer hard nail on
Broken bone percentage: 2%
Black spot percentage: 2%
moisture content: 5%
No bad smell of any.
