Trade Lead Description:
Varieties: Predominance of
Macabeo, Chardonnay and
Viognier. Harvest: The harvest of
Chardonnay is done at the end of
August, and the first half of
September with the other two
varieties. We harvest at night in
order to respect the
characteristics of each variety. Production: Fermentation at
controlled temperature not
exceeding 16ºC for conserve the
aromas. This wine just came out
after a little contact with their
lees. Taste: Pale yellow color owed to
his youth. It is fresh and smells tropical
fruits and white fruits. In mouth it is softly, fruity, with
a final acidity that reinforces its
freshness. This wine is excellent
to go with rice, fish and salads. The perfect temperature for this
wine is: 6-8ºC.
