will engage and purchase Medium
Term Notes (MTNs), only.
Please read all documentation for
a comprehensive understanding
of the following:
Price Point of MTNs to be
contracted.
Euroclear procedures for
engagement and settlement of
MTNs to be contracted.
Proof of funds to be issued,
ONLY, if the criterion is met by
the Owner/Seller.
PRICE POINT: Top 25 Western
European Banks Instruments to
be contracted
Medium Term Notes, issued
for a ten year term, and with at
least, 9.5 years to the maturity
date.
Must be live, existing,
screenable Notes.
Must have a current
Euroclear registered Owner.
Must be loaded & registered
on Euroclear.
Only senior un-
subordinated, secured, non-
structured, cashed backed Bank
issued Notes.
10 year term, with a fixed
coupon rate at a minimum of:
5.2500 % if dominated in Euros
5.5000 % if denominated in USD
And up to 7.5000 %, or better.
